Damián Vallejo, disputes partner at Dunning Rievman & MacDonald, was invited to speak at the XVII Conference on International Arbitration organized by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration in Lima, Peru. Damián spoke about the interrelationship between private and public law in the maritime industry, the importance of such industry and the protection of strategic investments in the maritime sector through international investment agreements.
